CHURCH NEWS:

WEDNESDAY FELLOWSHIP: On Wednesday 23rd May we are looking forward to welcoming a local choir - 'Seaside Harmonies' which is an open-access daytime community choir aiming to introduce people, including those who haven’t sung for a while or at all, to the world of singing in a group. They sing folk songs, spirituals, popular songs, show tunes etc. Please come along at 2pm to enjoy their repertoire and join in too! Tea served from 3pm. For more information or for transport please contact the Church Office 
VISIT TO INDIA: Carol & Freddie want to share about their trip to India, with lots of photos. Everyone is welcome to come on Saturday, 26th May at 10am in the hall. There will also be a few Indian items on sale to raise some money for Jabbar, father of 3 (4th on the way) who has kidney related problems but can’t afford treatment. 
OPEN GARDEN
: Liz and David Garlick, together with Dr Pam Gover, are opening their gardens, 10 + 12 Old Camp Road on Wednesday 23rd May 10.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm, morning coffee & afternoon tea will be served. Donations to Friends of the Eastbourne Hospitals.
SPONSORS, PLEASE: Murray King is taking part in a 10k run along the London Olympic marathon route on May 27th. He is aiming to raise funding for “Hammer Out” – a charity founded in memory of his brother in law, who died of a brain tumour 9 years ago.
